SHIPPING & RETURNS
We are here to ensure you get the best quality products and customer service, we love to help you with any queries or concerns you may have.

SHIPPING
We currently ship to New Zealand and Australia.
All New Zealand orders will have a standard flat rate shipping charge of $7.
All Australian orders will be calculated at checkout.
Where available, non-rural orders are sent via an overnight service. Please allow extra time for rural deliveries and other circumstances where delivery may be delayed, particularly due to COVID-19.

International orders may attract local customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. These taxes/duties are required to be paid by the purchaser and are not the responsibility of MiTruIQ. No refunds will be issued for orders where taxes/duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please check with your local customs agency regarding the tax/duty likely to be charged prior to placing your order.
Transit times provided in your tracking details are estimates only and delivery times may be extended due to delays such as customs, quarantine processing, freight plane schedules and demand in your region. Please track your order using the tracking details provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you don’t receive an email to your inbox, please check your spam folder for tracking details.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, MiTruIQ is not responsible for orders that have not been received due to incorrect delivery details and cannot be changed after checkout is complete. Please ensure someone will be available to sign for your order or collect it if you receive a card-to-call. MiTruIQ cannot re-send your order outside New Zealand if your order gets returned to us due to non-delivery/non-collection.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders will be packaged and shipped within 2 business days, excluding unforeseen (e.g., COVID) business delays. Please note, our estimated shipping times do not include our processing time.
We cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the expected time frame as estimated shipping times are used as a guide only. MiTruIQ can also not be held responsible for any delays, or missing, lost or stolen packages sent by our couriers. If your item hasn't had a tracking update for 5 or more days please email hello@mitruiq.co.nz and we can file an investigation for your parcel. Please note, during busy, sale and promotional times we may have small delays.
