If you’re not 100% satisfied with your MiTru IQ™ purchase, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Yes, even if the product has been opened and used. We simply ask that the product is at least half full, so you’ve had a fair chance to try it.

Email us at hello@mitruiq.co.nz within 30 days of receiving your order and let us know which product you’d like to return.

Please include your name and order number inside the parcel so we can match the return to your order.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your tracking details until your refund has been processed.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of your return arriving with us.
If the returned product was purchased as part of a bundle, set or promotion, the refund amount may be adjusted to reflect the discount received.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or the wrong item was sent.
