✉️ How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@mitruiq.co.nz within 30 days of receiving your order. Let us know what didn’t hit the mark - even if your skin’s just not vibing with it, that’s reason enough.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping your receipt. MiTru IQ™ isn’t responsible for parcels that go missing, are damaged, or stolen in transit - so insuring your return is a smart move.
