Using gentle pressure, glide the gua sha edde upward from the base of the neck toward the jawline.
Repeat 3–5 times on each side. -
Step 2: Jawline
Start at the chin and glide outward along the jaw toward the ear.
Repeat 3–5 times on each side. -
Step 3: Cheeks
Glide from the centre of the face outward toward the ear, following the cheekbone.
Repeat 3–5 times on each side.

Step 4: Under-eye
Use very light pressure and glide from the inner corner outward toward the temple.
Repeat 3–5 times on each side. -
Step 5: Forehead
Glide upward from the brows toward the hairline, then outward across the forehead.
Repeat 3–5 times. -
Step 6: Roller
Use the roller side for a cooling, soothing finish over the face and neck, especially where skin feels puffy or tired.
